As a volunteer, Larry  has committed countless hours working for others:  he spent 30 years coaching youth hockey, while playing and managing a men’s hockey team;  event volunteer for Cross Cancer Institute,  School Lunch Program, organized High School reunions,  President of two different curling clubs, casino volunteer, community event coordinator, and recent past member of the Realtors Community Foundation.  Currently volunteers weekly at Hope Mission and makes deliveries for Food Bank.  Nothing gives Larry more pride than providing help.

From the moment you meet Larry, you will feel comfortable.  He is helpful, sincere, has integrity and expertise.

Larry prefers a low profile, but is a full time realtor working with past clients, referrals, and new customers.

His best attributes are his patience, his extraordinary desire to please his clients, his experience and his ability to understand your needs.

PROFESSIONAL

As a Business Administration Graduate from NAIT, Larry worked one year as a Purchasing Agent for Canada Packer, as he was too young to sell Real Estate.

Thereafter, he was a managing Director and Principle of Willes Real Estate.  He formulated training programs and systems as he trained hundreds of salespeople.

During this time Larry was CEO and one of the Principles of a real estate development company; as well  of a construction company that built roads and homes.

In 2013, Larry dissolved his interest in previous businesses and is happy to be doing what he loves best…helping people.   Larry is a lifelong Realtor.  In his career, he has been involved with over 3,000 transactions.  His primary expertise is residential and rural properties in Metro Edmonton, but also handles commercial and industrial properties.
